Simphony Report Consolidator
Simphony Report Consolidator is a privately operated application used to process Oracle Micros Simphony report emails and report attachments.
The application accesses a designated Gmail account for the purpose of receiving report emails, reading report-related messages and attachments, applying labels, archiving processed messages, and sending consolidated report emails.
Gmail data is used only to perform the report-processing and delivery functions of Simphony Report Consolidator. The application does not sell Gmail data or use Gmail data for advertising.
Report files and operational information may be stored locally on the computer or server running Simphony Report Consolidator as necessary to process reports, maintain logs, and support the reporting workflow.
Report information is shared only with recipients configured by the operator of Simphony Report Consolidator as part of the intended reporting workflow.
Google account access may be revoked at any time through the Google account's security and connected-app settings.
